And the Resistance continues today, with the support of many non-Indigenous Australians.<br \/>\nIn the first part of this video Uncle Bruce Shillingsworth, Aboriginal elder and activist, outlines the current struggle of today\u2019s First Nations peoples, and their supporters, in Australia.<br \/>\nIn the second part of the video, the Italian Partisans Association (ANPI), in Nonantola (Emilia-Romagna) will show how relevant the values of the Resistance are in today\u2019s Italian context.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Collegatevi e celebrate con la FILEF la Festa della Liberazione italiana del 1945, la vittoria della Resistenza contro il nazifascismo, che ha dato vita alla Repubblica Italiana e ad una Costituzione fondata sui valori della democrazia, della libert\u00e0 e del lavoro.<br \/>\nQuest\u2019anno vogliamo anche ricordare che la resistenza delle Prime Nazioni in Australia \u00e8 iniziata nel lontano 1788, quando il loro Paese fu invaso da forze straniere.
