di Frank Barbaro<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n<h3><b>Disruption desiderate<\/b><\/h3>\n<div>L\u2019estrema disuguaglianza, il cambiamento climatico e la corruzione di molte aziende \u2013 il tutto interconnesso \u2013 sono i segnali principali e pi\u00f9 evidenti di un fallimento sistemico dell\u2019economia, che la politica \u00e8 incapace di affrontare.<br \/>\nLe elezioni sono diventate ormai pi\u00f9 gare di stile che occasioni per proporre soluzioni alle sfide, evitare sofferenze e migliorare la vita di tutti.<br \/>\nLa conseguenza pi\u00f9 dura all\u2019economia di mercato \u00e8 lo stress sociale e personale che essa genera, come dimostra il fenomeno globale del costo della vita, che si verifica nonostante l\u2019enorme ricchezza, produttivit\u00e0 e tecnologia dell\u2019umanit\u00e0.<br \/>\nTuttavia, i parlamenti e i governi preferiscono non sconvolgere un ordine disfunzionale che produce povert\u00e0, alienazione e una crescente domanda di welfare.<br \/>\nNon si pu\u00f2 dire lo stesso delle aziende, che applicano nuove tecnologie e intelligenza artificiale per creare quelle che definiscono \u201cdisruption desiderate\u201d, a vantaggio dei propri interessi e a scapito del bene pubblico.<br \/>\nJeff Bezos, capo di Amazon, ha utilizzato internet e i sistemi di trasporto \u2013 che non ha inventato \u2013 per costruire un colosso globale del commercio al dettaglio.<br \/>\nLo stesso vale per Uber Driver o Uber Eats, che si servono di veicoli e ristoranti di terzi per rivoluzionare il modo in cui le persone acquistano, consumano e si relazionano tra loro.<br \/>\nQuesti cambiamenti profondi nello stile e nella qualit\u00e0 della vita vengono apertamente descritti nei circoli economici e finanziari come tecnologie e sistemi \u201cdisruptive\u201d.<br \/>\nNon sempre avvengono nel rispetto dei quadri legali esistenti o dei principi etici, e vengono applicati e accettati come \u201cdisruption\u201d naturali e auspicabili nel fare impresa.<br \/>\nLa lezione che proviene da queste \u201cdisruption\u201d \u00e8 la facilit\u00e0 con cui ormai fanno parte integrante della vita delle persone e delle comunit\u00e0, i quali denotano una straordinaria capacit\u00e0 di accettare tali cambiamenti radicali.<br \/>\nQuesto dovrebbe incoraggiare la spinta sociale verso \u201cdisruption\u201d desiderate \u2013 apertamente volute.<br \/>\nSolo queste \u201cdisruption\u201d, per esempio, potranno permettere a chi ha un reddito medio di permettersi una casa.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3><b>Desired disruptions<\/b><\/h3>\n<div>Gross inequality, climate change and corporate corruption \u2013 all interrelated \u2013 are the key and most obvious signs of systemic economic failure that politics is incapable of addressing.<br \/>\nElections have increasingly become contests about style than suggestions to confront challenges, avoid misery and suffering and to improve life for all.<br \/>\nThe harshest indictment of the market economy is the social and personal stress it produces as evidenced in the global phenomenon of the cost of living notwithstanding humanity\u2019s abundant wealth, productivity and technology.<br \/>\nHowever, there is resistance by parliaments and governments to disrupt a dysfunctional order that is producing poverty, alienation and increasing demand for welfare.<br \/>\nThe same cannot be said for corporations applying new technologies and artificial intelligence for desired disruptions that benefit their interests at the expense of public good.<br \/>\nJeff Bezos, head of Amazon, used the internet and transport systems, neither of which he invented, to set up a global retail behemoth.<br \/>\nThe same is the case for Uber Driver or Uber Eats which uses other people\u2019s vehicles and other people\u2019s restaurants to revolutionise the way people buy, consume and relate to others.<br \/>\nThese profound changes to lifestyles and life are openly described in business and financial circles as disruptive technologies and disruptive systems.<br \/>\nThey do not always happen within existing legal frameworks or pay respects to ethical principles, and are applied and referred to as natural and desired disruptions in doing business.<br \/>\nThe lesson from these disruptions is the ease with which people and communities have incorporated them into their existences which indicate a capacity to accept radical change.<br \/>\nThis should embolden the social push for desired \u2013 as openly and wished for \u2013 disruptions.<br \/>\nOnly such disruptions, for example, will make it possible for someone on an average income to afford a house.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<h2><a
